How She Works
Grace believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition. Every consultation begins by understanding the whole person, their health history, lifestyle, symptoms and goals, to create an individualised plan that is practical, achievable and evidence based.
Her focus is on helping women build confidence in their nutrition while developing realistic habits that support lasting health. She also works closely with Wahini's team of doctors, midwives and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated, holistic care.
What Drives Her
Grace is passionate about making nutrition simple, accessible and empowering. She enjoys translating the latest nutrition research into practical strategies that women can confidently apply in their everyday lives.
Her goal is to help women feel informed, supported and confident in caring for their health through every stage of life.
Outside the Clinic
Outside of work, Grace enjoys spending time outdoors, keeping active and exploring new ways to make healthy living both enjoyable and achievable. She will often be found swimming in the ocean, drinking coffee and visiting the local farmer’s markets.
