About Madi
Madi is an accredited practising dietitian with a clinical focus on women’s health, including gestational diabetes, PCOS, hormone balance, and nutrition in pregnancy. She sees food not just as fuel, but as a foundation for energy, connection, and confidence — especially during life stages where women’s needs change.

With a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and a warm, practical approach, Madi offers evidence-based care that supports women through real-life challenges and transitions. She tailors every plan to the individual, taking into account lifestyle, medical history, and long-term goals.

Special Interests

  • Gestational diabetes

  • PCOS and hormone balance

  • Nutrition for pregnancy and postpartum

  • Gut health and digestive support

  • Sustainable, realistic nutrition for daily life

How She Works
Madi starts by understanding the full picture - not just symptoms or numbers, but how women feel in their bodies, what’s worked before, and what matters most. She believes nutrition care should be practical, non-judgemental, and tailored to fit into real life.

She also works closely with Wahini’s broader team of doctors and midwives to ensure care is coordinated and seamless.

What Drives Her
Madi’s interest in nutrition began while travelling and surfing around the world, experiences that deepened her appreciation for the connection between food, energy, and wellbeing. Women’s hormonal health and the emotional side of eating continue to shape her practice and purpose.

Outside the Clinic
When she’s not working, Madi loves being near the water, catching waves, or enjoying slow mornings with good food. She lives in Coffs Harbour and brings a grounded, local feel to her work with Wahini patients.
