Welcome to the ʻOhana Journal

Wahini Health started with a simple idea: that care should feel personal. That women deserve to feel seen, heard, and supported, not just treated.

It’s a belief that’s guided me, Dr Sapna Dilgir, through every part of my journey in women’s health. From training in hospitals across Australia and the Pacific to founding Wahini, I’ve seen how much difference it makes when care is built on trust, time, and true connection.

That’s what ʻohana means to us..

More than family, it’s the sense that you’re not alone. That there’s a village around you, even if your own is far away, or still taking shape.

Whether you’re navigating fertility, pregnancy, recovery, or a season of change, we’re here to walk alongside you. With clear information. With thoughtful care. And with the kind of support that’s grounded in respect for your story.

This journal is one way we hope to do that. A place for honest guidance, insights from our team, and updates on what’s happening in the clinic and community.

Welcome to our ʻohana. We’re honoured to have you with us.
