About Phoebe
Phoebe Armfield is a pelvic health physiotherapist with over a decade of clinical experience in women’s and paediatric pelvic care. After completing her Master of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney, she was awarded the Hoc Mai Scholarship, which led her to live and work in Hanoi, Vietnam. This experience deepened her commitment to providing inclusive and community focused care.

Phoebe supports women and children experiencing pelvic pain, incontinence, prolapse and pregnancy-related pelvic health issues. She brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, movement therapy and lived experience as a mother of two, all grounded in a warm, practical approach that puts comfort and confidence first.

Outside the Clinic
Phoebe lives on the Gold Coast with her husband and two boys. She still teaches at Rokh Fit, her own studio, and is passionate about helping women reconnect with strength and movement during every stage of life.
