About Rachelle
Rachelle Lahelaonalani is a therapeutic bodywork practitioner and holistic facilitator whose work is grounded in connection, intuition and the belief that creating space to slow down can help us reconnect with ourselves.
Through her work with The Offering, Rachelle has developed an approach that brings together bodywork, self-awareness, ancient wisdom and restorative practices. At Wahini, she offers nurturing therapeutic massage designed to support women through pregnancy, periods of stress and physical tension, recovery, or simply those times when the body is asking for rest.
Rachelle is also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), teaches meditation and breathwork, and is a Certified Advanced BodyTalk Practitioner. These different areas of experience inform her understanding of the connection between body, mind and emotional wellbeing, and the gentle, intuitive way she approaches her work.
Her philosophy sits beautifully alongside Wahini’s whole-person approach to women’s health, creating space not only for physical care, but for rest, connection and being genuinely looked after.

Her Approach
Rachelle’s approach is deeply individual.
Each treatment begins with the person in front of her. She takes time to understand how you’re feeling, what your body is experiencing and what you would like from your session, adapting her treatment accordingly.
Drawing on her experience across therapeutic bodywork, yoga, meditation, breathwork and BodyTalk, Rachelle takes a holistic view of wellbeing. Where appropriate, her work may also incorporate an awareness of energy and the ways our physical and emotional experiences can feel connected within the body.
Her work is guided by connection, self-awareness and respect for the wisdom we can find within ourselves. She creates a nurturing space where there is no pressure to achieve or perform, simply an opportunity to slow down and receive care.
For women who spend so much of their lives caring for others, Rachelle offers something beautifully simple: a space where you are the one being cared for.
The Offering
Outside of Wahini, Rachelle is the founder and curator of The Offering, a wellness and lifestyle community centred around connection, self-discovery, ancient wisdom and conscious living.
Through The Offering, she facilitates private sessions, group experiences, mentoring and restorative practices including meditation and breathwork, encouraging people to slow down, reconnect with themselves and bring greater awareness and intention into everyday life.
Rachelle also continues to deepen her practice through ongoing learning and professional development, including work around stress, trauma and nervous system wellbeing.
This philosophy naturally flows into the way Rachelle works at Wahini, with warmth, presence and genuine respect for each woman’s individual experience.
Outside the Clinic
Outside of work, Rachelle finds solace, restoration and comfort in nature and sunlight, whether through long walks on the beach, time in the ocean or wandering through the rainforest.
She loves spending time with her family, sharing a meal with loved ones, travelling and discovering beautiful places. She also enjoys painting, writing, learning, good food and long conversations, and is happiest when life has enough spaciousness for creativity, connection and simply being with the people she loves.
Need a moment to come back to yourself?
Whether you’re moving through pregnancy, carrying physical tension, feeling the effects of a busy season or simply needing some restorative time for yourself, Rachelle offers a warm and nurturing space to pause, reconnect and receive care.
